Yummy Queso

We had nachos for dinner on Saturday and I made the queso that we love, however I made a few changes.  This recipe was awesome!  I got a version of this recipe from my friend Janeil Padilla.

1 lb. velveeta cheese
1/4-1/2 c. sour cream
1 can diced tomatoes with onion
1 can chopped green chili
1-2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. ground beef.

Combine all ingredients in a pan or crockpot and heat slowly until all cheese is melted.  Stir all ingredients together and serve over chips.  Oh so yummy!
