1/2 c. hot water
1 c. dry powdered milk
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Blend all together very well in a blender.
**Note: The powdered milk that Everyday Food Storage uses is a very fine powdered milk so if you want to convert it from the powdered milk purchased in the store here it is:
1/2 c. hot water
1 2/3 c. + 2 tbsp. powdered milk
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
