Bubble Pizza

I may have mentioned this before but Friday's are pizza nights for us.  Bubble pizza is something my mom started making after I moved out.  On a visit down we were able to eat some leftovers and boy is it yummy!  This is super easy and fun to make.

2 cans refrigerated biscuits
1/2 - 1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
2 c. cheese

Heat oven to 350F.  Grease a 9"x13" baking dish.  Open the cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters; sprinkle over the bottom of the pan.  Brown the beef in a skillet and add tomato paste and sauce.  Add any seasonings you would like.  Spread beef mixture over the biscuits and top with shredded cheese.  Bake for 20-30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked and cheese is bubbly.
