Orange Cinnamon Rolls

This is our birthday tradition and since yesterday was David's birthday we made them.  They are oh so yummy!

4 - 4 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, softened
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 - 2 tsp. orange zest
3-4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 - 2 c. powdered sugar
1 - 2 tbsp. orange juice

In a mixing bowl combine 2 cups flour and yeast.  Heat milk, sugar, 1/3 c. butter and salt until warm; stir constantly.  Add to flour mixture; add eggs.  Beat at low speed with electric mixer for 30 seconds.  Beat 3 minutes on high speed.  Stir in as much remaining flour as can be mixed with a spoon.  On a floured board knead in remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.  Shape into a ball in a greased bowl; turn once.  Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.  Roll dough into a rectangle.  Spread with 1/4 cup butter.  Combine with brown sugar, cinnamon and orange zest.  Sprinkle over the butter.  Roll up dough jelly roll style.  Cut rolls and place on a greased cookie sheet.  Let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.  Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes.  Remove from oven and cool.  Meanwhile combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange juice.
