I have always enjoyed beef stroganoff and Dustin took it to a new level the other night - it was truly amazing. He looked at some other stroganoff recipes and this is what he came up with.
1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. beef or chicken stock
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 - 1 c. sour cream
Brown ground beef in a large skillet, season with salt and pepper; drain off fat. Add in remaining ingredients and cook until heated through. Serve over rice or noodles.
