Delicious!
I don't know what else to say. I love the way the cabbage and mushrooms taste warmed.
This is a Rachael Ray recipe from one of her 30-minute meal shows. We ate it with our Pork Tenderloin with Plum BBQ Sauce (also Delicious!).
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. shiitake mushrooms, stemmed & thinly sliced
3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3/4 lb. savoy or napa cabbage, shredded
3 tbsp. tamari sauce or soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper
1 lime, juiced
toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry 1 minute. Add the garlic and cabbage and stir fry for 2-3 minutes more. Stir in the soy sauce, pepper, lime juice and sesame seeds. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
