29-30 oz. tomato sauce
12 oz. tomato paste
1 tbsp. italian seasoning
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Once to a boil decrease temperature, cover and simmer for 1 hour; stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Spoon into freezer containers and freeze until ready to use. **I put our sauce into 1/2 cup freezer containers and that is enough for us, it will cover one pizza.
