1 c. milk
1 c. flour
6 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Pour into 24 muffin cups. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
**Obviously we don't need 24 of these pancakes (there are only 3 of us) so I usually cut the recipe in half and fill 12 muffin cups
