Johnny Appleseed Pizza

We haven't had this for a long time and with our recent purchase of apples I thought it would be great for breakfast today.  This is good, healthy and fun to eat.  The recipe comes out of Beyond Macaroni & Cheese.

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed (or pizza crust)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 c. apples, sliced
1/3 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350F.  Mix flour, sugars and cinnamon; set aside.  Spread dough on greased cookie sheet.  Sprinkle dough with cheese.  Put apples on top.  Sprinkle with sugar mixture.  Dot with butter.  Bake 20-30 minutes or until apples are tender.
**Note:  I just make a pizza crust like I would for dinner pizza and use that for our dough.   I also just mix the apples in with the sugar mixture.  Butter is optional, I don't always use it.
