Crockpot BBQ Chicken

We love this chicken recipe.  I got it from my good friend Sariah Sunvison and we love, love, love it!

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Brown rice

Place chicken breasts in crockpot.  Combine remaining ingredients, except brown rice and pour over the chicken.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.  When chicken is cooked through shred chicken and serve over cooked, brown rice.
*Just know that at the high altitude that we live at even on low it cooks in about 4 hours for us.  So just be sure to check the chicken so that it is not over done.
