1 tbsp. cold water
2 pkg. ramen noodles, cooked without the seasoning
In a large skillet heat oil and garlic. Add honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook the vegetables in the sauce. Mix cornstarch and water together and add to stir-fry and stir, allowing sauce to thicken. Add the crushed pineapple and stir all together. Mix together with ramen noodles and enjoy.
*Ashley makes her version with 1 cup of pork (may use 1 c. chicken).
If using meat follow these instructions use and extra 1-2 packages of ramen noodles.
In a large skillet heat oil and garlic, and cook pork or chicken. Cook until meat is a few minutes from being done. Add honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until pork is almost done. Take out pork and set aside, leaving the sauce in the pan. Cook the vegetables in the sauce. When veggies are almost done add pork back in and let everything finish cooking. Mix cornstarch and cold water, pour over stir-fry and stir, allowing sauce to thicken. Add the crushed pineapple and stir all together. Mix together with ramen noodles and enjoy.
