Yogurt Cream

This recipe comes from The Pioneer Woman.  I made it and really love it!  I eat mine on green grapes.

1 1/4 c. cream
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2-3/4 c. brown sugar

Place yogurt in a bowl, add the cream and whisk together well.  It's really thick.  Sprinkle on brown sugar so there are no big clumps - DO NOT STIR!  Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate for several hours until the brown sugar is dissolved.  It will look funny.  Whisk it all together and serve over your favorite
