This was emailed to me in my Kraft email. I tried their recipe and it just didn't turn out at good as it looked on my friend Tamie's blog. I tried again with Tamie's recipe and this one is excellent! Here you go....this stuff is good and definitely won't last very long but it's easy and quick to make.
soda crackers
1 c. butter (or margarine)
1 c. brown sugar
8 oz. chocolate (chips, chunks, whatever)
1 c. chopped nuts, if you want
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and then spray with cooking spray. Line sheet with as many soda crackers as you can fit. In a saucepan melt brown sugar and butter together. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes (set a timer). Pour over crackers and spread evenly. Bake in oven for 5 minutes (set the timer again). Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate bits. When chocolate is melted spread over pan. Sprinkle on nuts. Let cool either by leaving out on the counter, refrigerator or freezer depending on how impatient you are after seeing this deliciousness!
